About
A home cookbook you can watch
Cooking as a passion
Cooking has always been part of my life. I have cooked for almost my whole life, above all for my family and the people close to me. For me it is not a profession but a real passion.
I have always liked experimenting with ingredients, trying new recipes, improving familiar dishes and simply enjoying the cooking itself.
I don’t present myself as a professional restaurant chef. I am someone who has cooked all his life and loves good ingredients, interesting flavour combinations, good kitchen appliances and beautiful plating. I like it when food looks truly appetising and the cooking itself is a pleasure.
How I see Zavadski Food Studio
I see Zavadski Food Studio as a modern, stylish, premium food brand. No cheap effects, no artificial-looking food and no excessive pathos. What matters is real ingredients, beautiful filming, careful cooking and appealing presentation.
At the same time I want to keep what matters most: naturalness, a love of cooking and my own character.
What’s next
Next, I am looking at growing the channel and other social platforms, making short and full-length videos, and possibly working with makers of food, kitchen appliances and accessories.
Today I am the main author and the person developing the brand. I see Zavadski Food Studio as a long-term creative and potentially commercial project that over time could grow from a personal cooking YouTube channel into an independent international brand.
The channel began as a joint project with my daughter Anna. That story is on the page “How it started”.
Zavadski Food Studio is a home cookbook you can watch.
I cook in my kitchen in Miami: Belarusian and Eastern European home classics like draniki, golubtsy, fish cutlets and homemade dry sausages, steaks and lamb off the grill, and the seafood and Latin flavors I found here, from tuna tartare to Colombian plantain soup and salsa verde.
Every video is one full recipe, start to plate: the ingredients I actually use, my amounts where I measure them, my own tricks, and an honest tasting at the end. No studio kitchen, no shortcuts hidden off camera.
The cookbook has three shelves:
- Home Classics: potato pancakes, cabbage rolls, soups, crepes, sausages, pastries
- Fire & Meat: steaks, lamb, pork knuckle, burgers, chimichurri
- Miami Kitchen: seafood, tartare, salsa, Latin soups
Subscribe if you want dishes that work in a normal home kitchen, shown the way a friend would show you at his stove. Videos are in Russian with English and Spanish subtitles.
