Ingredients for a 7-liter pot (about 5 liters of soup): 3 packs of Polish kielbasa (about 1.6 kg), potatoes (a floury kind), carrot, 1 tbsp salt, my homemade spice mix (ground coriander, cumin, dill seed, bay leaf), a little black pepper, dried garlic, ground coriander, 4 small garlic cloves, green onion, cilantro, parsley, dill, 3 bay leaves. Tip: half-freeze the kielbasa so it slices thin and even.
