Belarusian Draniki: Potato Pancakes with No Flour and No Eggs
Real Belarusian draniki, the way I grew up with them: just potato, a little onion, salt and coriander. No flour, no eggs, no squeezing out the liquid. I use a blender to make it fast, about 5 minutes of work, but a fine hand grater gives an even better texture.

From the video
Fry thin pancakes in a nonstick pan with a little oil, about 1.5 to 2 minutes per side, until crispy and golden. A small tip: a few drops of unrefined sunflower oil add a great flavor. Serve with sour cream and dill.
